David and his team were incredible to work with. They were straight forward with what was critical, what could wait, and what was wrong that needed attention in the future for repair. I appreciated their honesty and help finding the most cost-effective option. I highly recommend this shop for tires and any auto repair needs.

Jessi answered all of my questions quickly and professionally and even went to my truck while it was in the bay to take a photo of something that I was confused about. She also helped me prioritize the next stages of maintenance to be done. The work itself was finished faster than expected. Between the emails and texts with links to estimates and photos taken before and during service, their communication protocols are impressive. All in all I trust CTS and appreciate the manner in which they conduct business. SUPER glad that they are my neighborhood shop.

Terrible experience. I could never recommend this place to anyone. I bought a $30,000 vehicle from them only a short time later to have engine failure which they claimed a new motor had been placed inside a month before I bought it. They also sold me a warranty. Instead of trying to help me get a new motor from where they purchased the motor they had me jump through many hoops with the warranty company. Which was okay but they refused to tear the vehicle down to tell the warranty company what the problem was and wanted me to pay up front. The manager was that egotistical snob typical of Boulder. I took my vehicle to another shop and once I gave them all the information they tore the vehicle down conveyed to the warranty company exactly what the problem was and the warranty company paid to have the engine repaired and partially replaced. However I was out the amount of money that I spent to tell my vehicle to their shop and then another tow bill to a different shop who is actually willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was back in my vehicle again. You would expect a company that I bought $30,000 vehicle from and there's several thousand dollar warranty would be willing to help

David was OUTSTANDING in helping diagnose my vehicle after a check engine light came on. I called ahead, and although he mentioned they were busy, he still offered to read the code for me. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, he took care of it right away. About 30 minutes after I left my car with him, he called to explain that the issue would likely be covered under my dealer warranty and recommended I take it there instead, rather than pay for an expensive repair. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to put my best interest first.

My interior rearview mirror suddenly fell off while I was driving home. I stopped by this neighborhood shop to see if they could help. Jessie came out, took a look, and after a several minutes was able to attach it back temporarily so I could safely drive home. I really appreciated the quick assistance and willingness to help with such a small issue. It’s great to have a neighborhood shop with people who are kind, responsive, and ready to lend a hand. Thanks again!
